On occasion, we feature some very exclusive private listings on our website. These range from land only, land and house packages or completed properties.
The advantage to listing with us is that you only have to deal with one person. We will then take your listing to the agents that we believe are best suited to feature and market your property.
We liaise with the agents on your behalf, organize any photography when required, prepare the property description and oversee all visits to the property reporting back to you with regular updates.

This service doesn’t cost you any more than going direct to an agent as we operate on a shared commission basis. Hopefully it will save you a lot of headaches and ensure a faster sale.
