FINISHES AND FURNISHINGS

The villa comes fully furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. The elegant furnishings include king size beds, double sunbeds with sunbrella fabric, flat screen televisions in all rooms with integrated DVD systems, ornaments and artwork. Linen is also included.
The villa is equipped with WiFi internet and a land line.
COMMUNITY AND MANAGEMENT CHARGES
Community fees are US$ 5000 per annum and cover the following:
- Full maintenance and upkeep of general areas
- 24 hour security
- Building insurance
- Water to your villa
- Public liability insurance
- Emergency back up power
- Staff wages associated with common property
- Contributions to local temples and village
Management charges are optional. These are for an owner seeking full villa management and hotel services. You have the option of running your own villa just as you would a private home
- alternatively you can pay Sentosa to manage it. This is referred to as the owners
package and the cost is US$ 12000 per annum. Included in this package are the
