Finishes include grey citahah marble floors, granite work benches and stacked slate.  Ceilings are exposed with rattan matting.  The kitchen is superbly appointed with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob and extractor hood.  Kitchen appliances and all crockery and cutlery are included.

Roofs are in ironwood shingles and all rooms are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans and large doors giving you a choice of enclosed indoor living or open tropical living.

Bathrooms are beautifully appointed in marble.  All bathrooms have rain showers and two of them have bathtubs as well as indoor and outdoor showers in private landscaped gardens.

The villa comes fully furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard.  The elegant furnishings include king size beds, double sunbeds with sunbrella fabric, flat screen televisions in all rooms with integrated DVD systems, ornaments and artwork.  Linen is also included.

The villa is equipped with WiFi internet and a land line.
